Terms of business:
a) The agreed fees for the provision of the training & coaching services are due for
payment within seven days of invoice. At all times no delegate will be permitted to attend
any courses or receive any coaching until payment has been made in full - prior to
commencement of the services. Payment dates and details of who the invoice will be sent
to will be agreed between all parties.
b) Confidentiality: "The Client" recognises that anything you share with "Provider" is
regarded confidential. The "Provider" undertakes not to, at any time, either directly or
indirectly, use or disclose any information shared with the "Provider" during any training or
coaching sessions or subsequently – unless agreed in writing for purposes of testimonials.
c) Nature of Coaching: By agreeing to these terms & conditions "The Client"
acknowledges that the coaching service is in no way to be construed as psychological
counselling or any type of therapy. Coaching results are not guaranteed. "The Client"
enters into the coaching with the full understanding that "The Client" is responsible for
creating the results - the "Provider" will facilitate this process.
